Welders Log Application

Over the next several months Welders Log will be transitioning to a new .Net Framework. We will be moving from .Net Framework 4.6 to .Net Framework 4.7.2. The reason for the move is to allow for the future development of the new features that we are planning in the software. Given this our users will be required to update their computers to .Net Framework 4.7.2. As we make this transition Version 9 will be locked down and all new development will be done in version 10.
